The End of The Beginning: Coker's Career By Jordan Coker

track. To my surprise, I led nearly all of my heat race. My first year at the nationals!!! Mitchell Coble ended up passing me with 2 laps to go, so I took 2nd. My 50-lap feature race was eventful, very much so. It was at night, but it was sticky, humid, and scorchingly hot. I started deep in the field. WE headed into turn 1 and, as expected, a large pile-up. I managed to avoid that and slowly but steadily charge towards the front. With about 5 laps to go, I hooked up with my teammate and long-time friend Austin Hill when we were both
